Acne comes in all shapes and sizes, with some pimples under the skin and others with a visible whitehead. And as much as we love Salicylic Acid, it's not a one size fits all type of treatment. While Salicylic Acid is great for blind pimples, you can’t exactly use it on a popped pimple (unless you want to deal with some serious dryness and irritation).
Our patches were designed to treat all different kinds of blemishes you may encounter. Like dark spots, blind pimples, irritated pimples, and hormonal acne.

The Soothing Blemish Patch contains Madecassic Acid, Aloe, and Tea Tree Extract to help treat irritated, popped, and pre-stage pimples. We all know the feeling of being unable to keep our hands off pimples especially when they have a visible whitehead (there’s even whole videos of people popping pimples!) As satisfying as it can be to pop pimples, dermatologists usually advise against doing so because of the potential of scarring and leaving open skin exposed to bacteria and infection.
But, you can’t exactly apply whatever acne treatment you have on hand to a popped pimple. Our Soothing Blemish Patch contains Madecassic Acid for its wound-healing properties and Aloe for its ability to soothe irritated skin (like when you pop a pimple).
Then there’s the pimple that is just barely starting to form. In this instance, Tea Tree Extract is the perfect ingredient. For one, Tea Tree is an anti-inflammatory, so it’ll help reduce swelling. It's also an antibacterial, meaning it targets acne-causing bacteria to prevent your pimple from getting worse.
Next up is our Extra Strength Blemish Patch. This patch is made with Salicylic Acid, because although you shouldn’t use it on broken skin, it’s known to work its magic on blind pimples, hormonal breakouts, and recurring pimples.
Salicylic Acid gets into pores to break up dead skin cells and excess oil, which are known to clog pores and cause breakouts. Blind pimples and hormonal acne typically occur because of a blockage in the oil gland that is deep in the skin and becomes swollen. Although you may want to squeeze a blind pimple to get rid of it, there isn't a white head to extract and squeezing will only make it worse. In this case, Salicylic Acid can help treat the bump as it helps remove dead skin cells and oil that create the blockage in the oil gland.
Then there are pimples that seem to keep popping up in the same place. Recurring pimples can occur especially on oily areas of the skin as excess sebum can clog up pores, mix with dead skin and bacteria, and then form into a pimple. Since Salicylic Acid is an exfoliant, it helps draw out excess oil from pores that may be causing recurring pimples.
The T-Zone Pore Patch was designed to perfectly fit to the t-zone area, with additional triangular patches to help cover areas like the corners of the nose and the contours of the lip area. This patch extracts excess oil and helps reduce blackheads on the forehead, nose, and chin.
Traditional pore strips can be pretty painful to peel, can cause redness and irritation, and are not a good option for sensitive skin types. Unlike pore strips, the T-Zone Pore Patch is not painful to peel and you can even leave it on all night without worrying about it damaging your skin. Additionally, if you have sensitive skin but want to try pore strips, you can instead opt for the much gentler T-Zone Pore Patch.
If you are unable to keep your hands off your pimples, then you might find yourself with a couple of acne scars. Even if you don’t pop your pimples, you might find that they sometimes still leave a mark even after they’re gone. Most ingredients you hear of like Retinoids or Azelaic Acid that help with hyperpigmentation, don’t really work for every skin type. Although these ingredients are known to help brighten the skin they also have the potential to cause dryness and peeling.
Our Dark Spot Brightening Patch with microneedles contains Niacinamide and Green Tea to help treat hyperpigmentation without drying out your skin (they actually help hydrate the skin). Madecassoside is an anti-inflammatory and helps improve hydration in the skin, alongside Hyaluronic Acid which helps keep the skin hydrated so you don’t have to worry about flaky, dry dark spots.
Microneedles may sound slightly intimidating but, not to worry, they don’t actually hurt. The microneedles help deliver the brightening ingredients straight to dark spots, acne scars, and sun spots to help them fade.
Tip: Use the Dark Spot Brightening Patch 2 to 3 times a week for at least 2 weeks to see best results.
EraZit Magnesium Microneedle Patch
For those deep blemishes that pop up without any visible gunk at the surface, apply the EraZit Magnesium Microneedle Patch.
Deep, angry pimples typically appear around the chin and jawline area and look like red bumps. The reason you don’t see any visible gunk like you would with a whitehead pimple is because the gunk is deep in the pimple, right under the surface of the skin. So any attempts to pop this kind of pimple will only make the spot more painful and could worsen the inflammation.
The EraZit Magnesium MicroneedlePatch is made with non-dissolving microneedles to continuously deliver Magnesium to the spot. Magnesium calms the pimple and helps reduce the size of the spot as the Hydrocolloid protects the area from external irritants.
So, the next time you think about popping a deep pimple, just patch it up with EraZit.
