If you are not satisfied with your product you can return it within 15 days of purchase date. Please note all products must be returned in their original conditions, new/unused. Please email us at askme@hanhoousa.com and obtain a pre-paid label. Next you will need to mail the package back to us (All Pre-Paid labels will be deducted from your refund) at 13639 Cimarron Ave, Gardena CA 90249. Please ship it in a well padded box or envelope to prevent damage to the product.
